Martin Dean is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (members will have completed at least three years training to degree or equivalent at an approved college or university, and will be bound by codes of conduct), and is registered with the local authority environmental health department. He is committed to continuing professional development, and training.

Age 6 to 14

For children over the age of six, and depending on age, very lightly inserted needles may also be used along with moxa therapy and other techniques such as cupping and press spheres. The emphasis once again is on very gentle treatment, a case of ‘less is more’.
